Preparation and Recipes of Wagyu meat
The Best Ways to Cook Wagyu Meat
Wagyu meat is not to be cooked in a typical Dutch way, as the meat will lose its distinct properties. This meat is too precious to allow this to happen. First it should be defrosted in the refrigerator and prepared at room temperature. Cook the Wagyu meat at a moderate temperature, taking care not to exceed 50° Celsius. Otherwise the juices will evaporate, and you’ll be eating shoe leather.
